Our whole chickens are raised right here in Crown Point, Indiana using regenerative, pasture-based practices inspired by Lunatic Farmer, Joel Salatin's, Polyface Farm.

Every flock is moved to fresh grass daily, allowing the birds continual access to clean pasture while naturally fertilizing the land. We never use antibiotics or growth hormones.
